1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Almbase Teknoloji A.Ş. acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

- Delivery of service and consulting engagements
- Contract lifecycle and licensing operations
- Support request management
- Communication activities
- Fulfilment of legal obligations
4. Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5)
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interests of the data controller, and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent required for the service, to our business partners (e.g., Atlassian), suppliers and legally authorised public authorities in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
6. Collection Method & Retention Period
Personal data is collected through web forms, email, phone and contract processes via automated and partially automated means. Data is retained for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation and, once such periods expire, is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if processing has occurred
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK Art. 7
- Object to outcomes derived solely from automated analysis and claim compensation for damages
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests under KVKK Art. 11 to Almbase Teknoloji A.Ş. through the following channels, in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller.
Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process incurs a cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
